The Fisher Price Rainforest Melodies & Lights Deluxe Gym will entertain your baby with its 20 minutes of music, two repositionable toys and pulsing coloured lights that accompany the music. The large mat has a quilted rainforest scene with a satin border. – There are plenty of hanging items including an elephant with rattle beads, toucan with rattle, parrot with rotating discs, soft monkey, hanging mirror and butterflies. These can all be moved around to provide variety and entertainment for baby.
It is suitable from birth and your baby will soon be loving the sounds, lights and toys.

A popular feature of the rainforest gym is that you are able to attach toys to the outside of the mat so they are accessible when your baby is lying on their front or back. The fabric is easy to clean in the wash and the construction is sturdy as you would expect from a Fisher Price toy.

The music is as tolerable as it can be on a baby’s toy. You won’t be downloading it onto your mp3 player, well very unlikely, but it isn’t anywhere near as bad as some. The rainforest sounds are not too bad at all and some people even claim to like them! If the sounds do get too much there are different volume levels.

One criticism we have noticed is that once put together it isn’t easy to take apart without some degree of force, which makes some people feel slightly uncomfortable about possibly breaking some part of the gym.

The Rainforest Bouncer from Fisher Price is much more than just a bouncer. It has a tree frog, a monkey play hide and seek next to a light up waterfall.
Your baby will be entranced by the sights and sounds of the rainforest in this brilliant bouncer from Fisher Price. A relative to the more expensive and expansive Rainforest Jumperoo, the bouncer is still a worthwhile purchase.
The hanging toys activate the light-up waterfall when baby hits out at them. Alternatively a grown-up can activate the waterfall for continuous play.
The bouncer is suitable for babies from six weeks or so. They can spend a few minutes at a time playing with the activities and this could go on until 4 or 5 months. The toys that activate the sound and visual effects are easily accessible and will help to train babies hand eye coordination.
The bouncer has a vibration mode as well to help get baby off to sleep, so the bouncer can be used as entertainment or too send the little one off to sleep. Either way it gives the parents a valuable 15 minutes or so to catch their breath, grab a cup of tea and relax for a couple of minutes.

The bouncer compares favourably with similiar bouncers with parents finding that the rainforest bouncer gave excellent value for money. Like the JUmperoo, the rainforest bouncer is very popular and availability at a decent price can be a problem.
